Bain ADvantage Program

Bain & Company

A one-week immersive consulting program for advanced-degree holders (PhD, JD, MD, PharmD, and similar) from underrepresented backgrounds, combining a training day with four days working on real client casework alongside Bain consultants. Strong performers are considered for full-time Consultant offers at the office where they completed the program.

Who can apply
Currently in the second-to-last year of an advanced degree (PhD, JD, MD, PharmD, postdoc, etc.) or graduated within the last three years; MBA students not eligible; international students welcome with proper work authorization.
